Duty Free Live

Duty Free Live is a monthly comedy game show that I, along with Kent Morita and Christopher Morucci, produce at Caveat in the Lower East Side in Manhattan.

Each month, we produce original (and unauthorized) adaptations of game shows from countries outside the United States. The aim of the show is to showcase different cultures and humor from all over the world, those that tend to be distinctly different from the typical comedy formats seen in the New York and broader American comedy scene.

Each show features two game shows from two different countries, played by a rotating panel of New York City's funniest comedians. Each of those shows is produced by us, with the aid of cultural consultants familiar with that country's sense of humor. To date, we've finished our first successful run of seven shows, where we played games from the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Mexico, South Korea and many more.

The show has been featured multiple times in TimeOut New York's "Best Things To Do This Week"
